If you like Indian food, you need to try this place. We tried lamb biryani and Tikka Masala. Both were excellent. Medium spicy curry was good enough for me and maybe on par with buffalo hot wings. The naan is very light and slightly crispy so it's a good accompaniment to any entree. Entree's come perfect for sharing so try something new! Service was a little slow on a dead Sunday evening so don't be in a rush.

Food was so good when I went into restaurant on the first day, I had to order take out the next day. First day I got chicken curry. It was amazing. Then I got take out and I got butter chicken, basil garlic naan, & raita (all in picture). The butter chicken I got medium but it was just a little sweeter than I was expecting, but still great. The raita was very flavorful and great to cut the spice. All this was 22. It is a lot more food than it appears. Can easy make two meals out of this. It’s a small little place and the workers are friendly.

I was a bit skeptical of going when I read some of the negative reviews. However, I am glad that I went to Himalayan Kitchen and got to experience tasty Indian food. The food was amazing! Good vegetarian options. We ordered Chana Saag and Basil Garlic Naan for the two of us. The food was a little spicy for medium, but really enjoyed the taste as it brought the taste closer to the Indian palate. We had mango kulfi for dessert, it was a little too sour for our liking. The restaurant was not too crowded for a Saturday evening, and we experienced warm service. The restaurant also has a casino inside and shares a door - but we hardly noticed anything from inside the casino. Overall experience was excellent and would highly recommend if you are hungry after a long day of hiking.

If you’re visiting Glacier National Park, do yourself a favor and stop here! The food at Himalayan Kitchen is absolutely incredible, rich, flavorful, and clearly made with love. The portions are generous, the service is top-notch, and everything has that warm, homemade feel. The biryani was perfectly spiced, the naan was soft and fresh, and the rice pudding? Out of this world, creamy, comforting, and the perfect sweet finish. This is the kind of place that makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Highly recommend for anyone passing through or craving authentic, satisfying cuisine.

Atmosphere is basic but who cares with the amazing food served! Original (like at home) quality. Amazing flavors.. they customize the level.of.spice. very generous portions Super friendly staff. Wish i were a dog so I could roll in the curry and take the food and the smell home for later! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Authentic, flavorful, beautiful food, served by kind, attentive staff. High-end restaurant quality in a very casual atmosphere where they make you feel like family. You get to customize your spice level; mild was perfect for me, medium spice level challenged my husband, who regularly enjoys hot sauces and spicy food. The Flathead Valley needs this kind of variety and this family really delivers. Highly recommend!

Mind blown...to say the least! Truly an artful experience. Very rarely do you find a restaurant that truly delivers on the quality of food, experience, and taste. The smell from the moment you walk in tells you all you need to know. Be warned, the food is spicy if you order it spicy and lots of people were coughing from the spices in the air. It adds to the experience. You can also bring your own alcohol! Our new favorite restaurant

Since the opening we have been there at least six times and what a blessing to the Flathead Valley. The food is always consistent and I like mine spicy hot and they can definitely get my attention with the heat. The staff works together as a great team and I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. I am working my way through the whole menu and if you go during the busy times of the day or night enjoy your time together with your family and friends while you wait for a incredible food experience from Nepal.
